Peter Russell

What a wonderful piece, I adore the pleating especially on the hips of the lemon dress!
As soon as I saw Peter Russell I immediately thought of the yellow dress from 1946 you showed (that is how i first came across him!) sensational stuff! I have to say the dress in question is one of my all time favourite 40s dresses, i just love the structured drapery of the skirt.
